The Synthesis Report on Corporate Philanthropy in Pakistan is based on survey data available for the last 15 years, from 2000 to 2014. The report evaluates the pattern of philanthropic contribution of Public Listed Companies (PLCs) in the country and highlights the notable changes and trends. The survey report further evaluates the total giving's of PLCs for the year 2014.

It is the first and seminal research publication by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy on the reform initiative to create an enabling environment for the growth and development of nonprofit organizations operating for the public benefit.
The corporate sector is emerging as an important player in supporting social development causes, specially education and health. However, the business sector is wary of entering into partnership with government due to the absence of a clearly defined and mutually agreed framework for cooperation and partnership. The policy document has been developed to guide all kinds of PPPs.
Philanthropy is part of the cultural tradition in Pakistan. It was in this context that the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) conducted a research study on the patterns of giving of high net-worth individuals (HNIs) in Pakistan. The purpose of this study is to gather information about the philanthropic behavior of high net-worth individuals to derive some impressions of the quantum of their giving, to examine motives and barriers, and whether philanthropic intermediaries can play a useful role in overcoming these barriers.
This report which was accomplished with the support of the Aga Khan Development Network under its Civil Society Programme documents case studies of 20 successful collaborations. The analysis was based on historical and operational dimensions and also contained wider stakeholders input.
Family Foundations are one of the main vehicles of philanthropy worldwide. The study of family foundations in the Punjab is a pioneering study which is a result of six months of research initiative undertaken by PCP to understand and measure the potential for indigenous institutional philanthropy in the Punjab province.
This study was undertaken with the intent of exploring ways of mobilizing, organizing and facilitating philanthropic activities to support social development initiatives in Punjab province. The goal was to promote sustainable material and human resources for the empowerment of indigenous initiatives for social change and broader popular participation for social development.
The study seeks to understand the giving habits and impulse of Pakistanis in USA. It focuses not only on what Pakistani Americans return to their country of origin but also in the non-Pakistan-related giving practices of Pakistan Americans. The study covers broad range of giving practices, including giving to institutions as well as individuals which comprises of in-cash, in-kind and in-time giving.
